By booking your call date below, you are giving consent to be photographed before, during, and after the makeup application for social media show purposes. You consent to taking part without any limits or limitations on time and final look.

You will arrive with a clean makeup-free face, hair curled, clean eyebrows and wardrobe specifications provided by Knupp Artistry.

You have informed Knupp Artistry with any allergies that you may have and to not hold them responsible if an allergic reaction was to transpire.

You also declare that you have given approval for the aforementioned services to be provided and payment to be paid in full (if any) before service.
