BRIDAL MAKEUP CONTRACT

*BOOKING: To secure a date, a signed bridal contract and $100 deposit or $100 trial booked, are required. Accepted forms of payment include: all major credit cards. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.

*DELAYS: A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.

*PARKING FEES: Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred. This amount will be included in the final bill and will be due on the day of the event and is the client's responsibility to inform the artist.

*TRAVEL FEES: Travel mileage less than 20 miles of 76078 is a $10 travel charge. Locations outside of the 20-mile radius of 76078 will be $20 x $0.50/mile there after. 

*ALLERGY LIABILITY: All tools and makeup products are sanitized between every makeup application. Any allergies/skin conditions should be reported to the makeup artist prior to application at a trial or free to provide ones own makeup for sensitivity ease. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Nicole Knupp, from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

*EQUIPMENT LIABILITY:  If any tools, products or staging equipment are broken or destroyed by the client, their family, pet or their friends, the name on this contract is in charge to pay for the Artist product, tools, or equipment loss in the total amount.

*PAYMENT: The final balance is due in whole, one day before the day of the event — no exceptions. Please take your bridal party’s pre-payments prior of final payment date. The person responsible for the entire balance of payment if in any case bridal party does not pay for their service is the person whose name appears on this contract. 

*CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. If the Artist cannot perform the agreed upon services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, on the event date, 100% of the payment will be returned to the client excluding trial cost.

PHOTOGRAPHY: Client agrees to full use of photographs/video clips taken before, during or after makeup services for promotional purposes. If Client gives full permission for photographs/videos to be used by the Makeup Artist, a signature is required below. Should the Client wish to decline, the space provided may be left blank or marked N/A.
